The General Terms and Conditions for the hotel industry apply.


Cancellation policy
Unfortunaely, sometimes the unexpected happens and the booked holiday must be canceled. Our general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply:

§ 5 der AGBH 2006:
The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.

Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:
– 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
– 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
– 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.

We recommend that you ensure yourself the ‘Hotel Cancellation Plus’ or ‘Hotel Cancellation Premium’ Insurance from the Europäische Reiserversicherung.

Terms of payment
We kindly ask for advance transfer, cash or debit card payment. We also accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX), but due to the transaction fees we have to charge a processing fee of 3%.

Data Protection Regulation
With the use of the website (Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten GmbH) I am with the automated collection
and use of my data in subsequent paragraphs.

o Booking and planning of events and events of all kinds
o Mediation and provision of transport services and rental vehicles
o Operation of wellness and fitness facilities, including appointments, group training, booking of additional services, advice to the customer, use of computer-controlled training equipment
o Video surveillance of all access to the hotel, all company-owned space outside the hotel and generally accessible premises within the hotel building and associated outbuildings such as parks for security purposes, e.g. for the protection of persons and property, in particular the property of the hotel guests and the hotel.

Those data can be viewed at any time or removed on request.
